# Reportes

Sabemos que roleando en el servidor pueden surgir situaciones en donde los usuarios estén en desacuerdo, por eso, al reportar, se deben de seguir unas reglas para mantener la convivencia:

* Todos los reportes deben realizarse mediante ticket en Discord o por Soporte (VOICE)
* Todos los reportes deben estar sustentados por pruebas gráficas con sonido y sin editar.
* Los testigos en un reporte no son válidos.
* En un reporte siempre se deberá mantener el respeto (incluye: insultos, interrupciones), no cumplir esto será castigado con Jail administrativo.
* Las sanciones se realizarán mediante Jail, asuntos más graves como uso de cheats serán sancionadas con un baneo permanente de la comunidad.
